Year 3.215

In the year 3,215, humanity has transcended Earth´s boundaries: permanent colonies orbit the Moon and underwater bases extend across the oceans of an Earth transformed by the technological revolution. This science-fiction map, inspired by futuristic editions of Risk such as 2210 A.D., introduces two connected boards: Earth with its modified classic continents and the Moon with fourteen lunar territories divided into three colonies, as well as thirteen underwater aquatic territories. Controlling the Moon is not optional: whoever controls the landing bases and space stations can launch surprise invasions of the planet, turning Earth-Moon routes into decisive strategic axes. The underwater colonies function as additional continents that provide bonuses, while space commanders allow troops to be deployed between orbit and the surface. In this scenario, managing energy and resources is just as crucial as military positioning: whoever secures the orbital corridors and launch ports will have the advantage in projecting interplanetary power and conquering the entire Earth system.
